All your learning data and settings are stored on the device you are using. Therefore, you are responsible for managing, securing, and backing up your personal device to prevent data loss or unauthorized use by others.

The App is available to learners of all ages; however, if you are under 13 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You may submit feedback, comments, or other content through the App. You are solely responsible for the content you create and must ensure it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

By submitting content, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of developing and improving the App.

The App may offer advanced features (Premium) through paid subscription plans. Pricing details and subscription periods will be clearly displayed before you make a payment.

Paid plans may automatically renew on a recurring basis. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings in the App Store or Google Play.

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption, be error-free, or perfectly meet all of your individual requirements.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the App.
